Nursery | 8:15 AM to 12 PM
Newborn to 2 Years old
The nursery is divided into two areas:
- Infants (newborn – 18 months)
- Toddlers (18 months – 2 years)
Childcare is provided for all worship service and by reservation for all church related activities.
Jump! Kid’s Worship | 8:30 First Praise Service
Ages 3, 4 and preschool 5 | Reef (Room N1o5)
Jump! is a fun, exciting worship experience especially for preschoolers. Children attend the first part of the service with their family then go to the Oasis after the children’s sermon where they will experience the message of God’s love through singing and dancing, puppets and storytelling and more!
Sunday School – Preschool | 9:45 Shiloh Street Service
2-4 year olds
Preschool classes experience music and Bible stories in a traditional class setting. Sunday school classes are located on the first floor of the Kimbrough building.
- Room E105 – 2 year olds
- Room E104 – 3 year olds
- Room E101 – 4 year olds
Children’s Church | 11:00 Classic Service
Preschool 4 and 5 year olds | Room E103
Children’s Church consists of Bible based activities for preschoolers during the 8:30 and 11:00 worship services. Children attend the first part of the worship service then go to children’s church following the children’s sermon.
The Reef – School Age | 9:45 – 10:45
Kindergarten-Grade 5
The Reef is the elementary children’s classroom area. Children gather at 9:45 in the Oasis (Room N112) for a brief period of worship then go to a variety of fun, hands-on classes to explore the day’s Bible story in depth from a multiple intelligence perspective (Rooms N101-N109). Classes may include, computer lab, cooking, arts and crafts, games, science, storytelling, drama and more!

Order of the Light | 8:30 and 11:00 worship services
Grades 3-9
Children serve as crucifer, candle lighters, Bible bearers, and communion servers at the 8:30 and 11:00 Sunday worship services. Training is a prerequisite for serving as an acolyte and is offered in August and January each year.
